About Katie Wilcox

I am a native from Manchester, New Hampshire, and graduated Keene State College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Safety and Health.  My manufacturing job in environmental, health and safety brought me to Lexington in 2015.  Shortly after I made the decision to get my real estate license and practice full time and haven't looked back! While I wasn't born here, I'm proud to be a Kentucky Transplant and Lexington has my heart!

My passion for people, the community, and real estate has helped me represent first-time home buyers, investors, new builds, relocating families, and people experiencing life changes requiring a special move.  I pride myself on being genuine and personable when it comes to the home buying and selling process and will work tirelessly to promote my client's best interests.  As a full-time REALTOR®, I will work hard to lower your stress level and make your experience as pleasurable as possible while keeping communications a top priority. 

I am a Ball Homes Specialist in all Central Kentucky neighborhoods and representing the biggest builder in Kentucky. After building my first Ball Home in 2021, I have a great deal of knowledge and understanding on what it's like going through the process which helps me with my clients on building their Ball Homes.  I provide expert advice on our neighborhoods, floorplans, and selections and guide buyers throughout the building process. 

When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Rob, and our son, Henry.  In our spare time you can catch us traveling, spending time outdoors, and catching up with friends and family.
